Creamy Feta & Yogurt Dressing

A great creamy and tangy dressing for all types of salads and vegetables.

Makes 1¼ cups


Ingredients

1     small garlic clove, peeled
⅓    cup red wine vinegar
1     tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½    teaspoon oregano
¼    teaspoon basil
1     teaspoon honey
4     ounces crumbled feta cheese
¼    cup low-fat, plain yogurt
¼    cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
Secure the blade assembly.
2. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Let dressing stand for 20 to 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
4. Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until ready to use.
