Greek Salad

Cuisinart original

Reminiscent of the pizza shop staple, the salad consists of all sliced ingredients, but can be served over chopped or sliced romaine lettuce if desired.

about 5 cups


Ingredients

1    cucumber, halved and trimmed to fit
      the feed tube
1    bell pepper, seeded and cut into
      four planks
1    cup cherry tomatoes
¼   red onion, trimmed, halved, and cut
      to fit the feed tube
½   cup pitted kalamata olives
4    ounces feta, well drained
      Greek Vinaigrette
      for serving

Instructions

1. Insert the medium slicing disc into the work bowl of the Cuisinart® 7-Cup or 9 Cup Food Processor. Slice the vegetables, transferring to a serving bowl as needed. Slice the olives and then the feta, and then transfer to the serving bowl with the vegetables.
2. Serve immediately with the dressing.
