¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add ¼ cup red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon, ½ teaspoon each dried parsley, dried basil, dried thyme and salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper to the work bowl.
2. The food processor is set to process on speed 6. When started, slowly add ¾ cup olive oil until all ingredients are homogenous.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning according to preference.
