1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
½ cup vanilla yogurt
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
¼ cup rice milk
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon flaked coconut
¼ cup sliced fresh fruit or berries

1. Put the frozen strawberries, fresh
strawberries, yogurt, vanilla extract and sea
salt with the rice milk into the mixing beaker.
2. Blend well by using a gentle up-and-down
motion until smooth, about 45 seconds.
