Triple Green Smoothie

½ cup frozen mango pieces

 

1 tablespoon raw, unsalted cashews

 

1 to 2 kale leaves, hard stems removed and cut into 1-inch pieces

 

1 ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

 

½ cup seedless green grapes

 

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

 

1 cup coconut water, chilled

Instructions

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the travel cup. Secure blade assembly.

2. Run on High until smooth, about 1 minute.
