Makes about 3 cups
1½ cups soy, almond or hemp
milk (cow’s milk may also be
used)
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt,
any fat variety
1 banana, broken into 4 pieces
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 cups mixed frozen berries
