Chocolate Nut Butter Protein Shake

1     cup chilled liquid (water, milk, etc.)
2     tablespoons protein powder
2     teaspoons unsweetened nut butter
1     teaspoon cocoa powder
1     teaspoon liquid sweetener (honey, agave, stevia, or maple syrup)

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
