2 cups (1 pint) pistachio ice cream
Toasted, chopped pistachios, for garnish

1. Put 1 cup of the milk and the ice cream into the blender jar.
2. Blend on Low until well blended, about 15 to 20 seconds, adding more milk through the opening in the lid to reach desired consistency.
