Pineapple Mint Spritz

Cuisinart original

This quenching refresher is a must when temperatures start to climb.

Makes 3 servings

3    cups pineapple pieces (2-inch pieces –
this is equivalent to about ¾ of a
      medium pineapple. Cutting into pieces
is not necessary, having large spears
      works well, too)
¼   cup fresh mint leaves
1    tablespoon cider vinegar
1    cup tonic water, chilled
      pinch salt, preferably pink
      himalayan salt
