Cherry Ginger Slushy

Ingredients

1    cup frozen, dark, sweet cherries
1    ½- to 1-inch piece fresh ginger,
      peeled
¼   teaspoon lime zest
½   cup coconut or rice milk

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the
mixing beaker.
2. Blend until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
