Enjoy this smoothie on the go—it’s full of nourishing ingredients
that will fill you up.


Makes about 2 cups


½         cup orange juice (any juice or milk alternative may be used)

½         cup frozen blueberries

3          strawberries, hulled and halved

½         banana, cut into 1-inch pieces

½         cup lowfat yogurt

1          teaspoon flaxseed oil

1 to 2   teaspoons honey (optional)

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup. Select High and blend, using a gentle up-and-down motion, until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. 2. Serve immediately.
