The perfect breakfast when you are on the run
Makes 3-1/2 cups
1½ cup orange juice or soy milk
½ cup yogurt, fat-free vanilla
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen berries (raspberry or strawberry)
1 tablespoon protein powder (soy or whey)

2. Place cover on blender jar. Turn to speed 12 and press ON. Blend for about 20-30 seconds until smooth.
