Instructions

Place turkey in a large bowl with green onion, parsley, cheese, and black pepper. Using clean hands, stir to combine and mix well, but do not overwork the meat. Divide into 6 equal portions (6 ounces each) and shape into 4-inch burgers. Refrigerate if not grilling immediately. Preheat the Cuisinart™ Griddler in the open grill position to Sear. When indicator light is green, arrange the Parmesan Turkey Burgers evenly spaced on both grills. Grill the burgers for 6 to 7 minutes per side, until well grilled and juices run clear, internal temperature of meat should be 170°F when tested with an instant read thermometer. Serve hot on grilled buns or English muffins (grill before grilling burgers). A roasted red pepper or olive tapenade is a good topping for Parmesan Turkey Burgers.
