1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not dry. Mix in pecans
Blend sugar, cinnamon & salt… add to pecans. Spread out onto buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 225º for 1 hr. stirring every 15 min.
