8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (room temp 3-4 hrs)
1/2 cup salad dressing (blue cheese or ranch)
1/2 cup any flavor Hot Sauce
1/2 cup cheese, crumbled blue or shredded mozzarella
2 cans (12.5 oz. each) Chunk Chicken Breast , drained … or 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 Scallions sliced with most of green
Hint: use rotisserie chicken for ease of use and better flavor
Hint: Shred chicken so smaller pieces in dip
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Place cream cheese in baking dish and stir until smooth.
3. Mix in salad dressing, hot Sauce, cheese, and scallions.
4. Stir in chicken.
5. Bake 20 min. or until mixture is heated through; stir.
6. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers, toast points or vegetables.
Alternate Prep Methods
Microwave Directions: Prepare as above but in microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 5 min. until hot, stirring halfway through cooking.
Slow Cooker: Combine ingredients as above. Place mixture in small slow cooker. Cover. Heat on HIGH for 1 1/2 hours until hot and bubbly or… LOW setting for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Stir.
