Add all ingredients to Cuisinart mini prep food processor and pulse 5-6 times or until well blended. rub a generous amount onto both sides of a 3 pound (approx)pork rib rack.Put meat on a lightly oiled rack in a roasting pan and cover and roast at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Also delicious on pork tenderloin, bone in roasts and even chops!
