2 cans ranch beans
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef, cooked
2 cans chipotle corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
¼ cup jalapenos, chopped (optional)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp chipotle powder, or to taste
Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
Heat at least 4 hours until flavors are combined and onions are soft. (Cooked brisket may be used in place of the ground beef for extra flavor.)
