Cauliflower Soup


Becky's Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

4 Tablespoons butter
1 large yellow onion
1 head of cauliflower
1 tsp of Knorr chicken flavor Bouillon per each cup of water added to Cauliflower. Usually takes anywhere from 8 cups to 12 cups depending on size of cauliflower.
1/2 tsp of pepper


Instructions

Melt butter in soup pan,
Add chopped onion and cook until tender.
Chop head of cauliflower with a few of the leaves of the cauliflower and add to pan.
Add enough water in the pan to cover the cauliflower.
Usually takes about 7 to maybe 12 cups depending on how large the cauliflower is.
For each cup of water add 1 tsp of knorr seasoning.
Bring to boil and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
