5 Large Organic Sweet Potatoes 4 Cans 15oz Tree of Life Organic Sweet Potato Puree 4 Large Organic Eggs 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt 1½ teaspoon Organic Cinnamon 1 Cup Organic Whole Milk 2 Teaspoons Pure Real Vanilla 7 Tablespoons Organic Light Brown Sugar 1 Stick Organic Butter Soften @ Room temp Topping Ingredients: 2 Cups Chopped Pecans ¼ Cup Organic Coconut Flour 6 Tablespoons Organic Butter Soften ½ Cup Organic Light Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degree. Wash Sweet Potatoes and place on baking pan. Bake 1 hour or until tender. Baking Sweet potatoes brings out the natural sweet flavor so you use less sugar. Cool & then Peel. Cut Sweet potatoes in cubes and then place potatoes in stand mixer bowl. Add 4 cans of puree Sweet Potatoes, 4 Eggs, Milk, and Butter. Mix with Cuisinart Stand Mixer until blended and smooth. Then add Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Vanilla, & Brown Sugar mix again until blended and smooth. Grease a 9 X 13 Baking pan (Ceramic works best) with butter. Pour Sweet Potato mixture into baking pan. Next mix these ingredients for topping: Chop Pecans, Coconut Flour, Butter, & Brown Sugar mix in stand mixer until mixture is blended and crumbles. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake at 400 Degrees for 35 min or until hot and or topping is golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!
