Red potatoes
Mayo
mustard
Hard boiled eggs
Bread and butter pickles
Red onions
chopped celery
banana peppers
Fresh herbs: dill, chives, parsley, german thyme and texas tarragon
salt, pepper and dash of garlic

Cook potatoes, leave skin on and cut up in chunks.
Add diced peppers, celery and pickles and eggs.
Chop fresh herbs very finely.
Add salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir in mayo and about a tablespoon of mustard
