Ingredients

3 Sweet Potatoes (peeled/chopped/boiled in salt water just until tender/cool) *Be careful sweet potatoes cook faster than white potatoes 2 Tbls Pecan Pieces – (Toasted in skillet over medium heat W/ ⅛ teaspoon each Crushed Red Pepper/Garlic Powder and ½ teaspoon Soy Sauce) 1 Thin Slice of Red Onion Finely Chopped 1 Tbls Stone Ground Mustard 1½ teaspoon Soy Sauce 2 teaspoon Candied Jalapeno Syrup 1 teaspoon Candied Jalapeno Peppers Minced *can substitute a small amount of AC Vinegar and Brown Sugar if you do not like spicy 2-3 Tbls Mayonnaise ½ Apple Diced Paprika / Parsley
