Spicy Fried Rice

Spicy fried rice with bacon, spam, eggs, green onions and vegetables are optional.

Cooked rice 2-3 cups 1 teaspoon. chili oil 1 teaspoon. sesame oil 2 to 3 eggs scrambled, cooked and cut into slices 2 to 3 slices of spam, cooked and sliced 4-5 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled 1 bunch of green onions minced garlic powder 1 teaspoon. ground chili with ground garlic soy sauce chicken broth carrots & peas (optional)

Scramble eggs, one at a time, fry. Once cooled slice into ½" x ¼" pieces. Cook your spam and bacon and cut into bite size pieces or smaller. Cut your green onions. Add your oils in a wok. Add cooked rice (day or 2 old is best) to the oil and fry for a couple minutes. Add your meats and eggs along with ground chili. Stir frequently. Add about 1 tablespoon. of soy sauce and ¼ cup chicken broth. Mix well. Add your garlic powder and cooked vegetables if you choose. Add more soy sauce to taste. Just before serving, add your green onions.
