Pineapple Bread

This is a delicious side dish for baked ham or roast pork. It has become one of our family's traditional Easter dishes.




1 stick butter softened 1 can can crushed pineapple w/juice 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 6 slices bread cubed

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add pineapple and mix. Very gently fold in the bread. Bake in 8 or 9 inch square pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
