1 baking potato
1 yellow onion slice
pinch sea salt
2 pads of butter

Clean and ½ one baking potato. Place potato on a piece of nonstick aluminum foil. Place two pads of butter between the ½'s of potato and place a slice of of yellow onion between the ½'s also. Sprinkle with sea salt and add cracked pepper to taste. Wrap tightly with the aluminum foil. Place on top shelf of grill or on non direct heat until fork can be inserted easily.Open and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
