Can adjust up or down the dressing/mayo mixture, you want enough to coat but not drown the potatoes! note; the potatoes will absorb the dressing mixture so don't skimp or it will be dry.

5 lb bag red potatoes 1 onion, shredded ½ bottle Bernstein's Restaurant Style Ital Dressing 1½ c real mayonnaise Salt, pepper

Boil red potatoes til barely tender. Cool to room temperature. Peel, combine with shredded onion. Mix mayo with dressing; toss with potato onion mixture, chill.
