Ingredients

3 cups old fashioned oats 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup ground flax seed 1/2 cup almonds, sliced 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 cup applesauce 1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup cocoa nibs (or chocolate chips if you don't have nibs)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 X 13 pan with Pam. Set aside. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine and press evenly into pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
