Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
½ cup coconut
½ cup sunflower seeds
⅓ cup ground flax seed
½ cup almonds, sliced
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup applesauce
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cocoa nibs (or chocolate chips if you don't have nibs)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 X 13 pan with Pam. Set aside. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine and press evenly into pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
