5lbs potatoes 1 teaspoon. garlic salt 4 TBSP butter 1 3 oz. package cream cheese 1 package Rondele Garlic and Herb spread ¾ cup Land o Lakes fat free half and half 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper

Peel and boil potatoes until soft. Drain, return to hot pot. Add remaining ingredients and mash with potato masher or with electric mixer. Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
