A great additional anytime poultry is served. Tart yet sweet and crunchy. Best thing of all, it can be made a day ahead of time.
1 lb. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 pkg (large) strawberry/banana Jello
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple syrup
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery

Combine ground cranberries and sugar. Dissolve jello in hot water and pineapple syrup. Chill partially. Add cranberries, pineapple, nuts and celery. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
