Salmon Pasta Penne


1/4 lb Unsalted Butter
1 cup Thawed Frozen Peas
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Smoked Salmon - Diced
1 cup Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Capers
1 tsp Sun Dried Tomatoes

Dash of White Pepper
Dash of Nutmeg
Fresh Parsley
12 oz Penne Pasta


Blend heavy whipping cream, unsalted butter, fresh grated parmesan cheese together then add diced smoked salmon, capers, and sundried tomatoes. Simmer and constantly stir for 10 minutes.

Serve over Penne and sprinkle fresh parsley and grated cheese on top.
