Shirley's Salad Dressing

Salad Dressing or Dip


About 1 Quart


½ cup Sugar ¾ cup White Vinegar 1½ cup of Crisco vegetable oil 1 Tbl spoon of Celery Seeds 1 Tea spoon of Ground Black Pepper 1¾ cup of low fat Mayonnaise ¼ cup French's Prepared Mustard

Combine all ingredients in Blender starting with low speed for sugar, vinegar and oil until blended and add remaining ingredients and mix at high speed for about 2-3 minutes thoroughly blended. Can be served with many types of salads from seafood to simple greens. Can also be used as a vegetable dip and kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
