This is a sauce that can be used for other sauces, soups, stews, marinates even as a straight steak sauce for a beef steak.
3 large garlic bulbs
2-3 tbls Olive oil
¾ cup beef broth
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls onion powder
2 tbls tomato paste
1½ tbls mustard, prepared
1 tbl parsley, dried
½ teaspoon McCormick season-all
¼ teaspoon Ascorbic acid

Cut the top of each head of garlic bulb, so that all cloves are exposed. Place both top and bottom in a skillet and drizzle olive oil over the top. Place the skillet in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
After the time is up, take the skillet out and squeeze out the garlic cloves and place them in a clean skillet. Add the remaining ingredients and place back into the preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
When done, take skillet out and transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Be cautious it is hot.
Place in a container for future use. It can stay in the refrigerator for several weeks.
