Cut the top of each head of garlic bulb, so that all cloves are exposed. Place both top and bottom in a skillet and drizzle olive oil over the top. Place the skillet in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. After the time is up, take the skillet out and squeeze out the garlic cloves and place them in a clean skillet. Add the remaining ingredients and place back into the preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. When done, take skillet out and transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Be cautious it is hot. Place in a container for future use. It can stay in the refrigerator for several weeks.
