Ingredients
⅓ cup white wine vinegar
⅔ cup salad oil
5 squirts Tabasco sauce
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon celery salt

Instructions
Put all ingredients (except oil) into a blender and turn on low. Run until garlic is well blended. While on low slowly add salad oil to create an emulsion. Turn on high for 20 seconds.
