4 cups chopped Mango
4-5 large leaves finely diced Basil
¼ cup Sugar

Instructions
Puree mango to a smooth consistency. Transfer to saucepans and add sugar and basil.
Simmer on medium for 5-8 minutes and reduce to low for at least an hour. Sauce will reduce by half.
