Dynamite ... great for use as a spaghetti sauce, in a sandwich or just about on anything.




1 pound hamburger 
1 pound ground pork
1 green, red and yellow pepper seeded and julienned
2 medium onions
2 large tomatoes - seeded and chopped
1 cup Beef Broth
3 - 6oz cans Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons course salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
4 TableSpoons Brown Sugar
Medium Bunch Cilentro - chopped

Saute Peppers and Onions in butter in large saucepan. Add Tomatoes, cover and cook till softened. Add Beef Broth, hamburger, pork and seasonings. Break up any meat clumps. Uncover, stir for about 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked. Remove any fat on surface, add Tomato Paste and mix well, letting it simmer for 15 minutes. Let sit uncovered for about 30 minutes or longer to thicken before serving, or cool and freeze for later use.
