This is a little quirk on cranberry sauce. It is very delicious and once you've had homemade you just can't go back to the canned.
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup water
1½ Cups fresh cranberries
1 teaspoon Orange Zest
¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cranberries, cinnamon, and orange zest. Bring back to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
