Ingredients
1 tab. unsalted butter
1 1" piece of fresh ginger
½ tea. cinnamon
¼ cup Amaretto
1 15 oz. bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
1 10oz. bag of frozen cherries
¼ cup sugar
½ cup of water/ or orange juice

Instructions
Melt butter, add ginger and cinnamon. Add Amaretto, cook until thick and reduced by half. Add cranberries, cherries sugar and ½ cup of water or orange juice, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst, 20, 25 min. Chill and serve
