Tuna Melt on Sourdough with provolone cheese and tomato

Ingredients

• 4 slices sourdough bread, tuna fish, mayonnaise, diced onion, diced celery, s & p, dash garlic powder, dash onion powder, couple drops lemon juice, dash celery seed, dash dill weed, 2 - 3 slices provolone cheese, 2 - 4 slices tomato

Instructions

1. Prepare the tuna fish with all ingredients except the bread, cheese, and tomato
2. Lightly spread some mayonnaise on the sides of the bread that will touch the Griddler, prepare sandwich, bread - mayonnaise side down, 1 slice provolone, tuna fish, tomato, 1 slice provolone, second slice bread, mayonnaise side up, prepare second sandwich
3. Place both sandwiches on Griddler, toast until golden brown and cheese is melted
