• Good Sourdough Bread
• Parma Ham/Prosciutto
• Good melting cheese like Hvarti or even brie or Cambert
• Hint of Dijon mustard
• Butter
• Ripe tomato

1. Butter bread on one side of each piece of bread
2. Spread a very thin layer of Dijon mustard on the other side of each piece of bread
3. layer cheese on one side of bread and parma ham on the other
4. Lay slices of tomato on the cheese side of the bread so that it ends up in the middle between the parma ham and the cheese
5. Put two halves of bread together and pop in the griddle ... cheese side down first
6. Flip after approx 3-4 minutes or until cheese has begun to melt (timing will depend on what type of cheese you use)
