• 1 lb horseradish cheese sliced thin
• Dijon mustard
• 4 slices of sour dough bread
• 2 cups sour kraut

1. Spread mustard on 8 slices bread
2. Place beef, horseradish cheese on bread evenly
3. Then sour kraut
4. Place sides together and brush evenly with melted butter place in press and grill. Serve with kosher pickles and chips
