Prosciutto Panini

Prosciutto di Parma Panini




• 4 slices prosciutto di parma
• ¼ lb thinly sliced mozzarella
• ½ cup sliced heirloom tomatoes
• 4 large basil leaves
• ¼ cup fresh arugula
• 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 10 ounce loaf ciabatta bread

1. Pre-heat Panini Press for medium heat
2. Spread out Ciabatta Bread and lightly drizzle both sides with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3. Lay 2 slices of prosciutto di parma on one side
4. Lay the thinly sliced mozzarella over the prosciutto di parma
5. Lay the sliced heirloom tomatoes over the mozzarella
6. Top with basil leaves and lastly the fresh arugula
7. Top with remaining bread
8. Grill each side for 3-4 minutes
