Pimento Cheese and ham

I try to have the pimento cheese a room temperature, it helps with the ooze...I put a few crunchy pickles on the side, and napkins of course.helps with the ooze factor. It is simple but satisfying and fills that craving for ooey gooey sandwich.

• Pimento cheese
• Ham slices deli or ham of your choosening
