Fabulous combination of cheesy and crunchy.
• 8 oz Buffalo Mozzerella, Sliced
• 4 Tablespoon Pesto
• 8 Slice Cracked Wheat Bread

1. Spread one tablespoon of Pesto between 2 slices of bread. Repeat for remaining slices of bread.
2. Place 2 ounces of Mozzerella on one slice of bread, and place second bread slice on top. Repeat with remaining bread.
3. Place in griller or sandwich maker set to med high heat and cook until cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes
