mango jalapeno grilled cheese




• 4 pieces Gluten free bread of your choice, buttered on both sides
• 4 oz. brie cheese
• 4 Tbsp. mango jalapeño salsa

1. In a warm skillet place one buttered bread slice down, add a thin layer of brie cheese .
2. layer 2 T. mango jalapeño salsa and spread evenly. cover with another thin layer of brie cheese and the second piece of buttered bread. Cook until the first piece of bread is nicely golden.
3. Flip sandwich and cook the second side of the sandwich until golden. Repeat with the fixings for the second sandwich. Serve hot and share with a friend!
