Lamb burger

Ingredients

• 1lb ground lamb
• 4 to 5 strips of bacon
• 1 egg
• 1 cup feta cheese
• Garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
• Brown spicy mustard
• Spinach
• Worcester sauce
• English muffins

Instructions

1. Remove fat from bacon and chop up add to lamb and mix add egg, salt, pepper, two dashes of Worcester sauce, feta cheese and mix well. 2. Make 4 to 6 patties. 3. In a pan sear the patties in Olive oil about 4 min per side. Then place on a cookie sheet dash again with Worcester sauce and place in a preheated oven a 350 for 15 min. 4. Remove let stand for 3 min, place on English muffin with Degjon mustard and spinach. Serve with potato salad or chips.
