Hot Jelly Chicken Quesadilla

Brush with oil and brown both sides until crispy and cheese is melted

Ingredients

• Grilled chicken sliced, I use leftover marinated
• Hot pepper jelly
• Mozzarella or Provolone
• Two large flour tortillas
