• 2 slices whole grain bread
• 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
• ½ small apple, sliced
• olive oil butter spread
• cinnamon

1. Spread one side of bread slices lightly with olive oil butter spread
2. Spread other side of bread slices with peanut butter
3. Arrange apple slices on one piece of bread
4. Sprinkle cinnamon liberally over apples
5. Close up sandwich and heat in Cuisinart Griller, with butter side of bread out
