Spinach-half bunch,onion-2,green pepper-1,cottages cheese -half packet , bread 8 slices
Oil,garlic chilly past,salt,black pepper, cilentro,red chili powder optional

1. Cut all the veggies in small pieces..
2. Put oil in pan..add chilly garlic paste,add cut spinach.,after water of spinach is burn add onion and green pepper
3. Add spices and cottage cheese make a stuff..and now this stuff put in the bread and grill the sandwich
