Ingredients
• ½ teaspoon olive oil
• ½ teaspoon butter
• 1 whole eggs
• 3 egg whites
• 1 tablespoon milk
• salt/ pepper
• 2 slices American cheese
• 2 slices whole wheat bread

Instructions
1. In a frying pan heat the oil and butter. mix together the egg, whites, milk, salt and pepper
2. Let the egg cook like an omelet. Once the egg is fully cooked on the bottom flip the egg and cook on the other side
3. Place the bread, cheese, cooked omelet, and another piece of cheese in sandwich form
4. butter outside of bread and place on griddle
5. Cook until desired brownness.
