• Rotisserie Chicken Breast (sliced)
• Artichoke hearts (diced)
• Ciabatta Roll
• Small Tomato (sliced thinly)
• Mayonnaise
• Dijon Mustard
• Provolone Cheese (sliced)

1. Slice Ciabatta roll horizontally
2. Spread Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard on inside of roll
3. On bottom half of roll, layer chicken, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and then provolone cheese
4. Put top half of roll on top
5. Put on panini grill until cheese is melted and chicken is warm.
