1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 Medium Yellow Onion 5 Cloves of Garlic 5-8 Mushrooms sliced 1 lb Ground Beef 1 lb Hot Sausage 1 Link Cajun Andouille Sausage Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Basil, Oregano, Italian Seasoning. 1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (Traditional) 4 Cans Tomato Sauce (14 oz size, not the tiny ones) 1 pkg of Spaghetti Seasoning 1 heaping teaspoon of Sugar Add 2-3 Bay Leaves

In large sauce pan, cook red & green bell peppers, onion, garlic, mushrooms, ground beef, sausage, and hot links, adding 2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. When meat is browned, add in diced tomatoes with green chiles and cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Add in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, bay leaves spaghetti seasoning and add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and Italian Seasoning to taste. Simmer for 30-40 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling water with salt and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to keep pasta from sticking. *For additional kick, add in 1-2 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
